Privacy Policy

BASIC Training Private Fitness Center ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information you share with us through this website.

Your Inquiries

The inquiry form sends your name, phone number, email address, inquiry type, message and contact consent through FormSubmit for delivery to BASIC Training's designated inquiry inbox. The form does not accept file attachments. You can also contact us directly by phone or email.

How Inquiry Information Is Used

Information you send helps us respond to your questions, arrange a studio tour, discuss trainer access or connect you with a personal trainer. Agreeing to be contacted about an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Website Services

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are hosted with this website. The contact page includes a Google Maps embed, which shares technical request information with Google and may use cookies. See Google's privacy policy and Vercel's privacy policy for their practices.

FormSubmit processes inquiry details to deliver email and retains submissions for 30 days according to its documentation. FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection in its hosted submission flow, which may process technical information and use cookies. See FormSubmit's privacy policy and submission documentation. Email providers also process messages sent to and from our inbox.

This website does not include advertising pixels, a newsletter signup or a third-party analytics script. Links to social networks and other websites are subject to those services' privacy policies.

Questions and Requests

Contact us to ask how your inquiry is handled or to request a correction or deletion of information you have sent. Please do not include payment details or sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.
